โThe breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesnโt look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isnโt onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. โ
โThe castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didnโt keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend.โ

โJust good for facilities as no plug socket near mirror for hair dryer and no tea/ coffee making equipment in the room which was in the garden so a good walk to restaurant. Even if this is not usually supplied, perhaps it should be given the location and standard. โ
โI am a foreigner. I arrived at Trier train station and tried to catch a taxi. But no taxi can be found. Uber is not working. So I had to walk about 30 minutes with a heavy luggage. When I arrived I asked the reception. The receptionist replied that I could use Google and call a taxi. But I don't speak German. I arrived the room but no water. โWE really liked the location of the hotel. Very close to everything. The Buffett breakfast that was included was also excellent with lots of variety. Also really liked the private patio overlooking the Mosel that was for hotel guests only. Great place to take a break and relax and people watch with a glass of local Mosel wineโ
โI think the hotel recently had a renovation. Everything is perfect. The bed, toilet and floor is all clean.There is no parking lot in the hotel, but there is a public parking lot(free fee) in front of the hotel. Lovely breakfast served by host. Very kind owner made good start of the day. No elevator. Nice Mosel River view.โ
