"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Ideal location right next to the main train station. I loved the water bottle fill station - the bubbly water tasted so good. Service was very friendly. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and luckily, they were able to let us check in early. We were very grateful as we'd been traveling all night. The bed was a little firm for my liking but otherwise the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel! "
