I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "The room was very clean, service was excellent. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the train/metro station. Going to downtown using metro inside the train station may be faster than using taxis or Uber and certainly much cheaper. I’ll book this hotel when I am back to Vienna."
