"Kotohira Onsen Onyado Shikishimakan was 1 of about 8 hotels we stayed at over about
2 weeks in Japan. While all the places we stayed were good, this was the best. Their onsen is outstanding as were the meals. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience the Real Japan!"
"I stayed one night while traveling around Kagawa in my rental car. The Hotel O. Setouchi seems to be a new, small boutique hotel. Easy parking on site. Easy check in. Friendly staff member. Though the room was a little small, it was modern and tastefully decorated. I was given a pass to use the large onsen across the street, which was wonderful for my legs after a long day of hiking / walking. The onsen complex has a restaurant. Other than that, I didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. The hotel appears to be in the middle of a very quiet residential area, so I recommend you have a car if you want to stay here. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much!"
"Very crowded place. Breakfast was average and crowded. We couldn’t get parking on the premises but got it nearby. Room was small but had table and essentials"
"It's a very interesting idea of converting an obsolete commercial building into a hostel and other facilities. I got a very spacious and comfortabe room for a price that you can only get a binker bed else where. "
