“We did not see any staff at all during our stay (instructions for check-in were given by email/text message) but compared with where we had come from the room was wonderful with all the facilities we could wish for. Plenty of free parking available.
The only downside was noise, from both traffic and the room fridge.”

“Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water.
Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too!
Breakfast was also very good and flexible options.
All of the staff were very polite, helpful and always happy to offer advice on local area. Their breakfast...
“Arrived slightly earlier than check in and was told the room was not ready but to help ourselves to tea and coffee. Greeted by Mateus....very very very helpful and friendly, credit goes to Mateus.
There is no air con at the hotel and the lift was broken at the time, we were lucky only staying on the first floor. That is the only negative to this review.

They helped us with parking and we found our room well stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation!
