Yes, every room is an overwater bungalow ( not clear on their listing), for 1/3rd of the price of most bungalows in Bora Bora. Snorkel off your back deck. Helpful staff, awesome breakfast, they pick you up and drop you off in Vaitape where the ferry takes you to the airport. Also, the shuttle will take you to the beach about 12 minutes away, or into...

"We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and very convenient, with everything you need close by. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bungalows are basic, but they have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved how private and peaceful it felt. The property is very close to the local markets and just a short distance from beautiful Matira Beach. There are also some lovely restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxed, private, and convenient base to explore the area. We would happily stay here again!"
