Will not be back

Panorama hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The hotel needs renovations badly. TV is not working, bath tub is old and cracked, outlets are not working. It smells like mold. Location is great but the noise level coming from the club and the bar will keep you awake. Staff are friendly but they are clueless.

My room was apparently closed for months and it just opened They should checked the room before renting it It smelled bad and there were only two towels Also it wasn’t cleaned but the bed was confortable with clean sheets I was so exhausted that i just wanted to sleep The price of the room was good I guess you pay for what you get

Deception.

The hotel has no soul, staff are rude and incompetent. No easy access. The bathroom doors are so narrow that a wheelchair user won't get in... Sadly it was a bad experience 😔 The owner must rethink and renovate his property.

Lors de ma réservation ,je voulais une chambre simple ,mais il n'y en avait pas disponible du coup j'ai payé une chambre double et lorsque je suis arrivé à l'hôtel il avait des chambres simples et j'ai dû payer le prix d'une chambre double pour une chambre simple . Cela n'est pas normal et j'exige qu'on me rembourse la différence.

Le plus mauvais des hôtels de mon parcours

Très deçu de la chambre et de cette hotel...pas de drapshousse et des draps usés, tachés...la réceptionniste se cache et semble fatiguée, il a fallu 3 personnes pour trouver du papier WC (la moitié d'un rouleau à notre arrivée), et que 2 serviettes pour 3 :(

Hôtel peu confortable

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, peu agréables je dois dire. Pas d'eau chaude à partir de la deuxième nuit, signalé à la réception, non corrigé jusqu'à mon départ. Les équipements sont peu fonctionnels (tv ne fonctionne pas) et il semble y avoir peu d'entretien (porte qui d'entrée qui s'ouvre si non verrouillée, porte fenêtre qui claque avec le vent. Le petit-déjeuner est minimaliste. Par ailleurs, le personnel ne parle pas français. J'ai passé aussi 15 min à récupérer la clé de ma chambre à l'arrivée et ait dû les aider à retrouver en indiquant la date de réservation. Malgré tout le personnel reste sympathique. Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.
