"Reserved 2 rooms. Upon arrival, staff only showed 1 room. This was en error on the Expedia end, but they were able accommodate us (1 room on 1st floor for elderly couple) there is not an elevator but the view of the clean pool and maintained grounds made up for the climb. Rooms are good sizes and dated but well kept, clean and comfortable. Hotel location was central to town. Complaints: our 2st floor room did not have running water in the bathroom sink. When we told the front desk, we were told that they couldn't fix it and could move us to another room on the 2nd floor. This is not an option for my elderly parents who can not climb stairs so they had to use bath tub to brush teeth and wash hands. We asked for an extra blanket and we're told the staff member with linen closet key was gone for the day and they could not accommodate our request. (Shampoo, conditioner, lotion are not provided). We would stay here again of ever in Pahrump."
