"The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy, and the hotel staff is very friendly. They have coffee all day, and water and cookies in the evening. They have a bar where the bartender makes some really good margaritas. Honestly, it was a lovely stay, and I hope to return. Thank you!"

Also the Club Room, while on a lower floor, great staff and selections throughout the day. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Hot and clean. The location is amazing with so much to walk to. Chinatown. Union Square. You are a short walk. Plus free charging for your car. What’s not to love? My favorite place to stay in SF. Just wish I got the corner room they offered but then sold out. Next time! Bring your bathing suit. The indoor hot tub is the best. The bell staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Loved it. 5 stars. "
