The room was overall great. There were just a few things that occurred that was out of their hands such as a short power outage. But overall I would stay here again. I also kinda wish breakfast was over at 10 instead of 9am but that’s just me.

Staff seemed friendly and the breakfast was good. Room service skipped my room two days in a row which was evident because my bed was not made, garbage was not taken out and towels were not replaced. They were about to skip for a third day until I notified the front desk about it. The shower in my unit leaked water onto the bathroom floor. The property as a whole seems well maintained and clean. The room I stayed in was 423.

Hotel and room were ok, but it was a weekday and it was packed of loud, disrespectful people. Breakfast was like nothing I’ve experienced before, food was ok but the lines and the noise were overwhelming. I wish staff would ask other guests to keep quiet and be mindful of other people’s space. I travelled with my kids and we only stayed at the pool for a bit before it got too crowded, we were also not able to sit down and have a proper breakfast.

Booked weekend specifically for use of the indoor pool. Both days they closed the pool for “work” it was unclear. But two days in a row? Additionally the shower head was like a stream from a hose. No adjustments helped. Reported to front desk, maintenance came while we were away and reported it was working. No changes were made.
