Overall, the stay was great. The facility, rooms, and amenities are superior to other similar resorts where I have stayed previously. My only complaint is parking. Non-guests use the parking lot to access the beach area, restaurants, and even other nearby facilities not owned by the resort. This led to us struggling to find a parking spot on most days. This was especially frustrating at check-in.

The property was beautiful, nice pools, the Harbor was lovely. The rooms are a different story, at least at the Harborside Hotel, the rooms need updating, the rooms are also very small, the paint is peeling off, the bathrooms are dingy, the toilet didn't flush in our first room so we had to move to another room which turned out to be better because i was able to upgrade to a balcony room and it was so worth it, don't bother with non balcony rooms you will be disappointed. If i stay again i will splurge on the Beach Club with hopes the rooms are nicer. Also the staff were very nice. would recommend if not planning on staying in the room very much!

Check in took forever when we finally got into our room it wasn’t the cleanest. The elevators always seem to have trash in them and the amenities ( which you pay an additional daily fee) are shut down and not available. We also lost hot water and could not take hot shower, we were told just to wait the water will eventually get hot. We ran the water over an hour, which ended up finally getting lukewarm. Upon checking out we ended up paying hundreds more than expected due to fees and rate changes. They were not willing to help and we were just brushed off. I would not recommend staying here. The only positive amenity was the shuttle to downtown CHS. Driver was super nice and helpful.

The property was nice but the 40/night fee should juat be charged when you booked. Also they need a walkway to get to the pier next door. It is weird to have to get into a car for aomethinf 5 minutes away that is a touriat attraction. The ataff is beyond lovely and i hope everyone geta a raaie.
