Most hotels I give 3 or 4 stars because they meet basic expectations for the price . ( Clean rooms & good mattress ) Inn at Shasta Lake is a 5 for better room furniture , super nice gentlemen taking care of everything and the Inn is in a beautiful forest with little traffic . Also the water pressure in the shower is the Best I have experienced in Shasta County . 😀

The room was spacious, quiet and well appointed. We loved the spa tub, and watching the stars from the deck. The area is quiet and safe. Our check in was wonderful and the young man was a doll. We loved it so much we are going back on our return trip. We have stayed at several hotels in Shasta since we journey up to Washington from time to time. This was the best by far. And they were good with our puppies. This is our number one choice.

Tucked into a natural wooded hillside with luxury accommodation apartments with private entry to each. Feels more like a “retreat” environment than a motel/ hotel. No elevators for upper level apartment so plan accordingly. Our room had a lovely wooded view and a jacuzzi generous enough for the two of us. Room service breakfasts and a fine selection of alcohol provided (between 5:00-7:00 p.m.) at reasonable prices. In fact, the accommodation price is extremely affordable. Not your average place to stay. A very pleasant surprise.
