Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump. We had a hard time getting into the whole building as we had to walk to a side street entrance and itโs part of what looks to be a gated apartment complex and we couldnโt get in. When someone came out we went in and to the floor of the hotel and nobody was there. We called the number 3 times and they hung up on us all 3 times. Since it was getting dark and we were in a bike in rediculous traffic we found another hotel southwest. When we arrived I had a WHATS APP message from the hotel. We tried to get them to not bill us since THEY werenโt there based on their listed times and even after going through Orbits yo contact them yo dispute they refused. We are not happy about it but we felt safer NOT staying in the city and just taking a bus to your Pompei.
