“Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. The train station is a short walk which is great for getting around. Thank you for a great stay. All staff were really friendly. ”

If you're after something more fancy this will not be for you, but if you just want a solid place to sleep then it's a good choice.”

“The room was big and shower room also very big very happy with wat I got spotless the staff were great and the fact u can use the spa fasilities next door is a massive bonus I didn't have breakfast has I'm not a breakfast person however I spoke to people who said there were a lot of options to chose from and good qwality food I did have a coffee from the bar which I did think 5.50 for a small coffee was expensive but overall very good ”

“Clean bright large room located within easy bus service to centre. There was a glitch at checkin, note that your ID must be sent to a website. The link is an impossible alpha-numerical and not hyperlinked. Very cumbersome, and frustrating. Get it sorted before arrival. Toilet facilities are located on another floor. Neighborhood is gritty working class, yet i felt safe. Just take normal precautions. ”

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”

“Yes the room was clean there was many towels soap clean sheets the menu has a variety of food and drinks there are many parking spaces ”

“staff were lovely and friendly. The property was hard to find as the name on expedia and name on google maps are different. The room smelt of cigarettes. The mattresses weren’t comfy and everytime you moved the springs made a noise. We booked a room with a double bed and were given a room with three single beds. The entire property needs some major updates, the bathroom sink and bath were brown and the floor looked a bit grubby. ”

“Very friendly/helpful staff upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and struggled to find any issues with the hotel. Bit of a diamond in the rough kind of area, however as a solo traveler, the unique code to get into the hotel and the room added that extra security. Easy walk to all amenities and to the city centre, less than 20 minutes. Great value for money ”

“On a hill with such fantastic views, we stayed and attended a wedding here. The day was perfect and the room in the old part of house was beautiful ”
