마운틴 스테이츠 아파트식 호텔

“This isn't a luxury resort, but that's also not what we booked. For the price, it was a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a very well-equipped kitchen. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was easy and hassle-free. There was a property fee that initially felt a little high given the limited amenities available during our stay, and one of the elevators was out of service. That said, the place delivered exactly what it promised: a clean, comfortable, convenient...

“The room furniture was very old! No extra bedside table for 2 CPAP machines. The garage parking is WORST WITH HARDLY ENOUGH PARKING SPACE IN THE BOTTOM GARGE AND THE PARKING ARE SO SMALL MADE BETTER FOR SMALL-COMPACT VEHICLES! No breakfast available. DID NOT GET MY FREE BOTTLE WINE!! The location was great.”

“Extremely friendly front desk and actually moved us to a room with a water view after we asked :) love this property -always stay here”

“Had a fabulous 3 night girls trip…, enjoyed the hot springs immensely 💦 👯‍♀️💦 staff was very friendly…. The man that set up our timeshare appt told us we could get $150 each that would be CASH via Zelle…. Which was 💯 incorrect, so that was a bit annoying… also having NO food or drinks available on Monday and Tuesday was a hindrance, as we had to go into gardnerville, which actually turned out fabulous as we enjoyed 2 meals at the Overland Restaurant…. Other than those 2 little annoying...

“The room was not clean. Dead bug in the bed with stained sheets. Stains on the couch. Hand prints on appliances and TV. The kitchen was VERY lightly equipped. We were only there for a few hours of sleep so it was good for that. The check-in process was clunky as the entry keypad is NOT by the front door.”

“Great experience!”

“Cute little place for the night! Small but was perfect for the 2 of us. We were traveling through and needed a place to stay. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.”

“Very comfortable unit which was very clean. Bedding was comfortable and nice view of the mountains. Host communication was exceptional and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Built in 1981 so a little dated especially the toilets which are more suited for shorter folks. Carpet was nice but could use some stain removal, but overall, a nice place to stay.”
