Disappointed

Very disappointed on arrival key was left in basket name and room number on piece of paper. Restaurant closed no information to inform us of this. No lounge facilities all locked up , although non smoking could smell smoke , the shower room smelt of Urine . Glad we were only staying over night

Champagne hills are just nearby

A Double room with shower and Electric kettle as a plus. The check-in was easy and the staff helpful. Internet connection was stable.

Bonjour, Notre séjour dans votre hôtel m'a moyennement plu car la cuisine était faite qu'avec des produits congelés ainsi que les sauces Ayant tenue une Auberge moi-même je reconnais le frais du congelé A la caisse la personne responsable n'était pas capable Il avait oublié les repas du midi et ne savait même pas retrouver la fiche heureusement que j'étais correcte et je lui ai redonnée 108 euros

En , gros, la chambre est propre mais j' ai eu le malheur d' ouvrir la fenêtre en grand et le dessus du Velux était vraiment sale. En fait il n' a jamais été nettoyé. Pour le reste, ca va.

This is an old hotel in Moussy. No reception on arrival, keys in a basket. Nice room but very cramped en suite. Tea making but only one cup each, but we had our own coffee and milk. As no reception we weren't asked to book the restaurant which was full when we went down, so along with 7 or 8 others had to drive to Epernay for a meal. Could have done without this after a long drive.

Bra övernattning.

Helt ok boende. Relativt rymligt rum och stort badrum, nyrenoverat. Rent och snyggt. Restaurang i anslutning och bra bageri rätt över gatan. Rummet låg en trappa upp men såg inte till någon hiss. Endast en av receptionisterna talade engelska, men all personal var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Un etablissement plein de charme.

On peut etre étonné par la presence de cet établissement dans un petit bourg champenois, mais il reflete un charme certain. Bien que l'établissement soit âgé, il en reste très confortable. On notera l'accueil et le service de qualité tant pour l'hôtel que pour le restaurant. La literie et la chambre son confortable. Un établissement qui mérite un détour pour un prix très raisonnable.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie. Nette en stille kamer. Badkamer is wat klein; maar erg proper en gerieflijk. Het restaurant is goed en er is voldoende keuze aan een redelijke prijs. Moto kan veilig geparkeerd worden.

Ok til prisen, godt min kone ikke var med...

Et ok hotel til prisen, måske kunne rengøringen være lidt bedre, der var masser af hundehår i gulvtæppet på værelset. Betjeningen var super venlig og imødekommende. Maden i restauranten kan ikke anbefales, til gengæld er maden meget billig. Hotellet ligger meget roligt, så man får helt sikkert sin nattesøvn.

Het hotel was niet proper, kamer ouderwets met een sanitaire cel te vergelijken met een caravan van meer dan 20 jaar. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Gelukkig was het maar voor 1 dag.
