โWe stayed here for four nights and it was a satisfying stay. Staffs were very sweet and nice, especially the lady who welcomed us last Saturday. She took care of the situation very well and it was nice to have a free breakfast thanks to her. :) While we were staying here, the sidewalk in front of the hotel was under construction so it was pretty inconvenient but overall, (regarding cleaness, service and location) we were satisfied with the hotel and would like to recommend to friends. โ
โCanal view room on the first floor does not have a dresser or furniture just 2x4 wood shelving ? Quite odd as the other room on the first floor ( our friend stayed there) had a beautiful armour . It took away from the ambiance of staying on the canal . That said I would definitely recommend this hotel as everything else was great ! โ
โGreat hotel in centre of the city, easy to get all directions. Worth noting Standard rooms are the ones that can have Amstel view, Exec rooms bigger but not so good view. Decent facilities and helpful housekeeping staff. โ
โWonderful location with view! Room is bit small (but understandable in Amsterdam) but clean and comfortable - especially bed is very comfy for let the tiredness off!โ
