Perfect hotel for exploring Tbilisi. Around a twenty minute walk away to the old town area. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful with some small knowledge of English. Rooms are spotless, powerful shower with plentiful hot water. Rooms have a kettle and fridge. No beverage sachets but there is a convenience store very close by. The hotel is on main highway but the insulation is good so the rooms are quiet and have very effective air conditioning. 100% recommend.

The hotel is well located, the breakfast is really good and the staff is frendy, but the big problem is that the basement of the hotel is a karaoke bar, and the staffs and customers very loud outside until every late night. Even after the karaoke bar closes, I couldn't sleep at all, because of the noise of people walking down the street and stray dogs barking. The hotel itself is fine, but I'll never stay there again. It's a big shame.

Great location Great service
Just loved our stay at the Sheridan. Fabulous amenities spotlessly clean helpful staff. Management in particular George, were amazing and saw to our every need. Fabulous spa facilities, loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Would stay again next time for sure
