Great location, staff and Hotel!!
Very well kept property. Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. And most of all great staff, especially check-in at the front counter.Tierra Foster!! She's amazing and very helpful. Would definitely recommend my friends to stay at the Hilton, Louisville!โ

โMeg and Melody were fantastic! Fun sharing stories about the mansion, and meeting others during breakfast - also appreciated the texts from Grace ahead of our stay with instructions on accessing the mansion, etc. Grace also recommended restaurants, and we had a magical evening at Buck's - Reggie played piano, Anthony greeted us warmly, reminisced about Buck (the prior owner), and shared a mutual admiration for Prince Rogers Nelson. โThe art gallery was fun. Parking was rough but I chose to do valet and that took care of it. It was pricey but worth it to not have to battle finding parking in the area. The hotel was beautiful and so fun and unique. Close to everything!โ
โOverall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again. โ
โWe wished that the bar area would have been open, but that was not a deal breaker for us.
We had a problem with noise from the tenants above us, but I spoke to the front desk and they seemed to resolve it. โ
