The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. "Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. "One of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The first room we were given had an overwhelming sewage-like odor. It genuinely smelled like raw sewage, to the point where it was impossible to stay in the room and we immediately requested a different one. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better.
