"Breakfast was good. However, our room is on the 14th floor. The AC is working but since the building is paint in black color (absorb heat faster) and the room is on the top floor (heat goes up naturally), my room was very hot and humid. We need better air flow and air conditioning there. "

"Gorgeous hotel and beautiful room for a very good price. Prob the best hotel on our Malaysian travels. Amazing rooftop swimming pool (with crazy see through bottom) and rooftop bar with stunning views. Downside was no breakfast available at hotel but they offered a free morning bus service into town and suggested food places for breakfast. 5 stars and would definitely recommend xx"

"Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented. "

"Firstly, if you get a room that is not facing the pool beware where it faces. There is a mosque beside the hotel and they do have prayer calls 5 times a day, including 1 before bedtime and another at 6am. For those not used to it, it can be very jarring. Food is mediocre and expected for the price paid. Facilities are worn... I mean pretty old at this point. Overall we made do with what we had and my kid still enjoyed our little vacation. This place is due for a refresh but meanwhile, I wish them only the best. I would have given the hotel 3 stars, had they informed me about the possibility of being awoken at 6am."

"The worst hotel I ever stayed! Most amenities are very out dated, Musty smell in the room and poor ventilation, feeling suffocated. Towels are dirty with stains. "
