“The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! Anthony was so great with Smores around the fire! He went all out to make stay great! The housekeeping needs improvement as far as frequency. It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. “So easy and convenient for families. The food was good, specially with the fresh fruit and yogurt options available. Room was clean, but not sure if floor was scratched or not as clean, same as bath tube floor. The activities were fun for kids (and parents) we enjoyed the creative workshop and my son was delighted with the lego figurine left on his bed upon check in. Most of the staff was great and helpful. Marissa from the Sandy castle restaurant was great, as well as Aria (master builder)...
