“My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson. They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation. I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience. A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling.”
