“The staff were all courteous. The room was neat and clean. The room was furnished nicely. Breakfast was kind of lame. The juice machine was out of service and one of the two waffle makers was out of service and there wasn't any meat. The breakfast I hope they improve upon. The rate was reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“Jeannine was extremely kind to me, helping me with my luggage going up the stairs. She was always, courteous and helpful. She made me feel that there was no better place to stay in all of Albany!”

“This is not a hotel per se. It is transitional housing and not very well-maintained. No breakfast as advertised. A dresser whose drawers do not close. An air mattress. One light-weight blanket when a better one would have helped. Noisy because people live there. Heater very noisy. Not all outlets worked. Staff not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful.”
