Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. I paid for the taxi to the hotel and also paid for my stay at the hotel. Orbitz must refund my reservation made through Itinerary# 7379155611568. I am highly disappointed and frustrated about the reservation that was lost and had to pay more money to stay at the hotel.
