I did not like anything about the Baymont Muncie. It smelled and when I got on the room it felt as if it had not been stayed in for some time. The room smelled, somewhat dirty and the towels didn't smell fresh either. There was no soap and at the time was too tired to go to front desk to ask about it so I took a shower with the shampoo I brought from home. I immediately looked for another available hotel room so I only stayed one night out of the two o booked. Definitely deserve a refund of the night I did not use. Honestly I will never stay there again and will not recommend your Baymont Muncie to anyone.

The property pool was closed due to renovations. We had to ask for towels to shower because none were in the room. Someones half eaten sandwich was left in the microwave. The bathroom door locked on its own and had issues getting it undone to get each of my sons out. Happened to both my 6 year old and 14 year old. This place is not what I remember. Do not recommend.

Moldy bathroom, shower, black dirt on tub, blood stains on bedsheets, staff has no customer service, i asked for room service at 9am in person. Arrived back at midnight nothing was done. Just sleep in your car rather than pay here.

Property was not well maintained...First room we went into had a cockroach on the door...Next room had stained sheets..ants...blood and hair in the drain...Went to counter and got my money back...and left

Cool was under construction one of the main reasons I reserved a room at this hotel. Then they gave me a room with a jetted tub that the plug wouldn't plug the tub. That room also had spiders and centipedes in the room. They then gave me another room stains on the bedding the microwave was filthy dead bugs on the floor and a dirty bathtub missing handles on drawers. The hotel smells horrible one of the very worst hotels I've ever been at I ended up sleeping in my truck because they already charged my card and I didn't have money to go to another hotel

Checking in and out the staff were very friendly and fast. My husband and I were in town for business we needed a place to sleep and shower for the night. The price was great for a one night stay. It is an older hotel that they have renovated, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean with plenty of clean towels, etc. They have a big tv in the room which is great but my husband and I were too tired to watch it. We slept good, showered and got back on the road in the morning. They also have a breakfast area but we didn't take advantage of it we need to get back on the road promptly. I would stay agian if we are in the area agian.

Bed was solid as a rock. Could’ve slept on the floor and had the same amount of comfort. Sink water was hot, but the shower water was luke warm, at best. Very old and outdated, but the positive was that it was clean. Not much at all for breakfast selection.

This was a 1970's mismanaged rundown disappointment and shines a bad light on the Baymont Experience . Sheets stained, A.C unit so loud it was hard to sleep , room for two 1 medium size towel and 2 face towels with 2 washcloths with a sliver size piece of soap to bathe with. Vending machine not working halls carpet not vacuumed. Hair dryer didn't work had rust on coils . Glass door at bottom at entrance broken and weird incense being burned at front desk to mask the mold smell from the carpets. I cannot believe Baymont charged me for this ,i have sayed in your hotels in the past with only good experiences but will now have to think twice when I see a Baymont inn. I have never asked for a refund on services or hotels before in my life but truly think we are owed one in this case.
