The property used a Self Check In capability which was okay, but I prefer real time customer service. After our arrival, I was able to find a actual staff member to answer my questions. Supposedly communications via the Whats App message tool would receive prompt service, but I did not attempt to do so.
I did not understand that the property used a communal bathroom for all guests, so as an older couple we did not find this particularly enjoyable.
Nonetheless, we were looking for a economical, close-to- the-airport accommodation, so the Hotel Garni filled that minimal square.
