Flowers hotel is a very nice place to stay, with nice and helpfull staff. Its clean, big rooms and you are as central as you can be in Münster city. If there is a downside, you could say that the street behind the hotel attracks a bit too much (most foreign) drug addicts. I belief the street hosts a community office for drug addicts aid and thats why you find them there so often. They never bothered me, but they are not a very attractive picture for any company in that street.

This hotel was very convenient for the railway station and for accessing the city. The room was big, clean and comfortable, with the quirky green carpets and flowers painted on the walls. There were often people loitering in the street near the entrance which wasn’t very nice. On one night we were woken by loud music which was apparently from the cleaners in the gym next door from 4am in the morning -but the hotel staff did contact the gym, and it didn’t happen again

Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich nicht: Dreckigster Fußboden den ich jemals gesehen habe, Zigaretten Geruch im Zimmer. Lärm, grölende Menschenmassen vorm Hotel, zur Bahnhofsseite, musste mit Fenster zu schlafen, Lauter Kühlschrank. Wasser in der Dusche wechselte zwischen heiß und kalt. Nur ein Punkt positiv: Gute Zimmer- und Badgröße. Schade, die Gestaltung mit dem Blümchen war ansprechend

Für den günstigen Preis war das Zimmer soweit okay. Es war recht klein, aber für 1-2 Übernachtungen ausreichend. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles sauber, nur der Teppich hatte große Flecken und sah ungepflegt aus und die Tapeten hatten schwarze Streifen/Abnutzungen. Leider hatte das Zimmer nur eine Kleiderstange, keinen Schrank. Positiv war die Kochnische. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein, es wirkte recht gleichgültig.

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt im Flowers Hotel Münster nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen. Das erste Zimmer war offensichtlich benutzt, das Bett war wie gerade verlassen, und es standen Tassen mit angetrockneter Tomatensoße herum, was auf eine unzureichende Reinigung hindeutet. Im Ersatzzimmer war ein Bettlaken mit Flecken versehen, doch das Personal reagierte schnell und stellte ein neues Bettlaken zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und bot alles, was man braucht. Insgesamt gab es bei Sauberkeit und Service noch Verbesserungsbedarf, aber das Personal war bemüht, die Probleme zu lösen.

Das Hoel ist sehr zentral gelegen zum Bahnhof und auch zur Altstadt. Unser Zimmer ging zum Bahnhof raus, was aber nicht das Lauteste war. Direkt gegenüber sind Imbißbuden und eine Bar, in der begeistert und laut bis in die Nacht gesungen wurde. Das Zimmer war absolut ok, allerdings zunächst nicht sauber. Das sehr freundliche Personal bot uns Gratis Getränke und klärte das Problem in kurzer Zeit. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Dachterasse macht eher einen vernachlässigten Eindruck mit abgeranzten Stühlen und ausgefransten Sonnenschirmen. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist das Hotel völlig ok. Durch die Deko und Einrichtung unterscheidet es sich positiv von üblichen 08/15 Hotels.

La pulizia della camera non è stata effettuata in maniera ottimale, infatti abbiamo trovato metà torta lasciata in frigo. La ventola del bagno era estremamente rumorosa e rimanendo accessa per diverso tempo una volta usciti dal bagno, rende impraticabile utilizzare il bagno di notte, salvo svegliare il secondo ospite. La camera era molto calda e, in assenza di condizionatore, aprendo le finestre entravano gli odori di kebab delle vicine cucine. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non era raggiungibile in ascensore ed è stato necessario percorrere una lunga e ripida scalinata, che non è adatta a persone anziane.
