"Breakfast was delicious! The host, Juniper was very friendly and good with communication throughout our stay. The shared area had a great view and a nice atmosphere with the fireplace gas heater. Good selection of games and a tv too. The heated room for drying our ski gear was very handy and appreciated after a rainy day on the slopes.
Probably the only downside is that you can hear your neighbours a bit as the walls aren’t very thick, but apart from that nothing but good things to say! "

"Outstanding accommodation if you don't mind a shared bathroom. That said, the bathrooms, male and female, were spacious and super clean with individual, lockable cubicles for privacy.
Bedrooms are also spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is provided and choice of continental or hot breakfast cooked to your order.
The hosts could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We arrived very late at night and our rooms were ready and waiting with the keys inside and the heaters on to make them toasty warm on a cold night!
For a budget conscientious family or individuals, you can't go past the Kookaburra Ski Inn at Jindabyne!"
"Super helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Being able to rent simple, reliable snow gear directly from Carinya at a very decent rate took a lot of hassle out of our trip. Room was clean and quiet and we loved the bonfire, but the unexpected gem was the restaurant where the friendly, easygoing staff fed us delicious, traditional Indian food at about half the price of what we'd pay in Canberra or Sydney. Thanks team, we'll be back!"
"Beautifully renovated rooms, clean and family friendly. We travelled with two young children, and it was perfect. Onsite cafe which opens early, and a bistro/pub but I’m not sure on the opening hours. The food was good, lovely dining area set up with fireplaces, which keep it nice and warm. ( if travelling in winter or during cold weather)
They have a pool and plenty of parking.
A short distance up the road is a petrol station, which you can hire snow chains and has also a little convenient store. Overall a great place to stay overnight or a few nights to rest, recover and relax. "
