Muong Culture Museum Tours

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I think gave us an upgrade as we had an extra bed. However, the room was small and the bathroom was a tiny wet room, which meant that the toilet and all your belongings get wet when you use the shower. It wasn't super clean (some hairs and dirt in corners). Breakfast was basic but fine.

Great location for nightlife market etc. Decent enough hotel but not worthy of the exceptional rating. Personally I'd give it no more than a 6.5

Wonderful location and the rooms ar lovely. They staff are incredibly helpful and always at the ready! Highly recommend them whenever staying in Hanoi!
