Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "

"The property is beautiful, with a great view of the lake. It was very enjoyable to be just outside the town but in a slightly more secluded area. Alexis es un anfitrión top preocupado desde antes de nuestra llegada, nos permitió hacer el check-in más temprano, nos dio buenísimas recomendaciones de la zona y siempre estuvo disponible y pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Además nos tenía a nuestra llegada unas galletitas de regalo, té y café. El domo es super acogedor para una familia (un plus que admitan mascotas) y tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, haciéndolo muy confortable y práctico. Alexis siempre nos lo tenía a una temperatura perfecta. A destacar el diseño del domo, aprovechado al detalle y la extremada limpieza y mantencion del mismo. Se nota el cariño puesto en el negocio. Se encuentra a pocos minutos en auto de frutillar y de las principales carreteras, por lo que lo hace un lugar tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza. 100% recomendable!!!"
