"Everything was so wonderful. Parking is perfectly safe and easy. Breakfast was very fresh, excellant coffee, eggs, sausages. The view of the lake is spectacular. Staff goes out of their way for you. Kristina and Madi were both wonderful to us. We will be back! "

"Room was perfect, very clean, lovely warm radiators, mountain views. Breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful. Pretty building and decor, toiletries included. Powerful hot shower. Comfortable bed. A minute or so from the lake, perfect position. 8 minutes walk from train station. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

The location very close to the lakeside and walkable from the train station is perfect.

"A night on Lake Como…what more could you ask for? The staff was friendly. The area was gorgeous. Parking right there. We had a great dinner and wonderful breakfast brought right to our room. The room was small, but with a balcony right on the lake, it didn’t matter. A wonderful, wonderful place with great people working there! "

"Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."
