“The room and location were perfect. The only thing I would suggest would be to call ahead and make sure they have fresh towels. My room did not have any and I forgot to pack one. I arrived on a Sunday so it was hard to get ahold of staff. There is a front office person present at all times and if very kind and helpful.”

“The check-in process was horrible. I should be able to just bring my passport and check in. I had to sit there for an hour trying to log into your system to upload my passport electronically. This was an awful experience for all four travelers. For this reason, I probably will not stay there again.”

“nice hotel but the "city view" was blocked by a window that seems was never cleaned the tv was only basic channels couldn't wasn't a smart tv so Netflix or any of that was out of the question”
