Calefaccion a renovar

Avisando que llegabamos tarde 22h. tuvieron el fallo de no abrir la habitacion antes de llegar nosotros y poner el aire para que la habitacion estuviera caldeada al menos. Olia mucho a cerrado y humedad y hacia frio en la habitacion. Tuvimos que dormir vestidos. La máquina nos decian que funcionaba pero hasta las 3 de la madrugada no lo notamos. Son 5 horas esperando no tener frio. Para un 4 estrellas creo que no puede ser asi. Pedi mantas y tampoco tenian. Me trajo una colcha. La cama supletoria está casi a ras del suelo. Calefaccion del baño era arcaica, un calentador de resistencia electrico a encender tirando de una cuerda. Considero que se deberia de mejorar en ese aspecto. Nos ofrecieron otra habitacion o devolvernos el dinero y que nos fueramos. Eran las doce de la noche. La niña dormida ..no hubo solucion La habitación estaba limpia y el entorno es muy idilico al ser masia antigua. Lástima de lo de la calefaccion.

We only spent one night at the hotel as we were in transit. The room was well finished with a 4-poster bed. The room had an adjoining enclosed balcony area that made the room airy and cool. The reception and bar area were old world. The grounds of the hotel could have been exceptional but required some cutting back and tidying (could be due to the time of year).

Don’t understand the good reviews.

Very tired hotel. Staff pleasant enough but overall very poor stay. Served breakfast tray by guy who could have been anyone, no uniform just jeans and tee shirt. Room smelled of damp and in old poor condition although bedding and towels very clean. Would definitely not stay again. I don’t get the previous good reviews at all, which is the reason we chose it. The whole hotel seemed deserted no sign or a bar open or anything. It’s a shame. I’m sure it must have been lovely many years ago.

Fiestas privadas en la piscina, un problema

El hotel es una maravilla, el chico de recepción también y la habitación perfecta, el domingo había una fiesta en la piscina para gente ajena al hotel, al principio nos pareció hasta buena idea, pero según pasaron las horas era una locura, un montón de gente fumando, sin medidas de distancia y nos dijeron que si no estábamos cómodos nos fuéramos a la otra piscina, q es pequeña, un desastre pagar por un sitio tan bonito y q no puedas disfrutarlo, que hay covid, o nos hemos olvidado de eso? Distancia de seguridad cero, la organizadora de la fiestecita cuando nos quejamos fué bastante grosera además de dar muy mal ejemplo, ella no paraba de fumar, sin mascarilla todo el tiempo y nada que ver con lo simpática que fue al principio. Volveremos porque el sitio es maravilloso, pero q nos informen si no podemos utilizar las instalaciones.

Accueil médiocre, l’hôtel fait son chiffre avec des évènements type grosse fête de famille ou de mariage . Pas de chance pour nous il y avait aussi un événement qui restreint les clients hôtel à la petite piscine du premier étage et qui réduit l’accès à l’emblème de l’hôtel. . Piscine sale. Transat sans coussin. Oubliez les joies du bain à remous il n’y a pas de bouchon. Pas de frigo Parking blindé par les invités de la fête mais on a pu se garer

Un lugar para repetir

El sitio nos ha encantado. El trato fue magnífico. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y no solo nos cambiaron de habitación sino que también nos invitaron al desayuno y a una botella de cava en la habitación. El hotel en general es magnífico pero la zona de la piscina la vimos un poco descuidada.

Weather Foul, Hotel Perfect

When we arrived we were anxious about the proximity of the hotel to the AP7, fearing traffic noise but the sound insulation was wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated, the climate control excellent (weather was foul), the bed wonderfully comfortable and the hotel itself majestic. Best of all were the staff, who were welcoming and tremendously helpful, with the receptionist even emptying his own lunch bag to send us home with a bag full of delicious oranges at the end of our stay. The oranges left in our room by way of greeting were also a lovely touch. Our one small gripe was a charge for using the sauna which was not indicated on the Hotels.com listing.

Podria ser un buen hotel

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene mucho encanto La habitacion era muy grande , comoda y estaba muy limpia Por contra el wifi no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado tampoco y hacia mucho calor en la habitacion . Nos cobraron 10 e por noche por la cuna del bebe habiendo solicitado una habitacion triple y no lo especifica en la pagina del hotel

Staff member closed my window on the ground floor from the outside at midnight as he walked past waking me up I was not impressed. Single room was far to small. Toilet to close to sink . So I upgraded to a much better sized room. Staff were friendly and I would stay again .
