Staff were over worked and doing multiple jobs as best as they could and as quickly as they good. Tending bar, taking orders, waiting on tables - just one person! They really struggled at breakfast with a coach party all coming down to eat at the same time and only two waitresses and one chef to handle everything. Except that there is cow dung smell when you open windows because of the farms and animals in the nearby houses, sheds etc. I understand its not related to hotel, but just rural locality. So i would still rate the hotel and stay as excellent.โ
โI booked my stay at this hotel through Expedia. When I checked in I was told that I hadnโt prepaid through Expedia. Because I was tired after a long day, I paid as requested by the hotel . Through Expedia I requested this double payment to be returned. Over a week later Iโm still waiting.โ
