"Amenties, decor, quality of workmanship outstanding, better than several usa doubletree hotels. Staff excellent 2 issues 1. Soundproofing between rooms not optimal...could hear sounds from adjustant room 2. Massage was excellent, marred by loud noises from children playing in adjustant pool/jacuzzi...either relocate massage to different area or make room soundproof.thanks"

"It was the worst experience of my life, booked this hotel on hotels.com and paid in full, upon arrival they told us we don’t even have the reservation there and hotels.com didn’t even pay them, worst customer service from hotels.com and from hotel management avoid this place and i am never booking through hotels.com, i had to find different hotel in the middle of night "

"The place was neat and clean, walkable distance to mall road. It was in a quite location. Staff was helpful and the food at their restaurant was good (we had a breakfast there only). Although 1) standard room looked much better on pictures than in real life 2) the ad says the price includes breakfast while it actually doesn’t. "
