"Wonderful on all counts: service, location, food and comfort. Very pleased with the kindness and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The location was very convenient for tourist bus, walking and public transport with a major station across the street. The breakfast was lovely and the tapas restaurant was delicious. The soups were also a favorite of mine. The room was very comfortable and spacious. "

"Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent! "

"The premium rooms were so modern, spacious and quiet! Not very impressed with the bar woman being quite rude and this being the only option we always ate outside. Shame we couldn’t play table tennis because the same woman wasn’t very hospitable. The gym and sauna were awesome. "
