"The massage was a bit of a disappointment, I asked for a deep tissue massage and most of it was tentative and not thorough. The food was phenomenal, the staff was gracious and helpful. The room was very quiet , which I greatly appreciate, and the bed was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious bathtub!"

"The Kings hotel has great location. At the edge of a quiet neighborhood pretty close to the city center and the old city. My room had a small balcony witg amazing views! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the gym, in spite of being small is well equiped and, no less important, well ventilted and airconditioned. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel."

"There is no shampoo or anything else. Just towels and bar soap. Thats it. So prepare to bring shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and anything else. Its nice otherwise. Convenient location. Everyone knows where it is. Please note that everything here closes almost near sunset. When I say everything I mean everything. So its best to get money exchange and food well before sunset. Everything is unreliable open/closed on Friday and Saturday. Car cannot come here. They drop you off at Damascus gate and then you walk. Its not too bad."
