4/5 - Good
Great scenery. The giant Japanese hornets are frightening.

Spotless and spacious room with amazing snow views. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing amenities - free onsen, complimentary snacks, fitness classes and even ikebana class. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed.
