"I would score a 7/10. It’s a very nice hotel, the setting is beautiful however other than a day trip you will stay in the resort. The breakfast was great , with high quality options. Lunch and dinner was expensive for Vietnam but good. We did experience some slow service and a feeling some of the staff needed more training. I want to qualify my comments by saying all the staff tried but seemed to lack direction. "

"Great view from ocean king room Nice room. But overall its kinda nickle and diming. Very thrifty with towels..have to pay 100000vnd for floating tube to use lazy river. Drinks and food is pricey. Service to get poolside drinks not very good. Not within walking distance to anything. But resort is clean. "

"Room ok, impressive double entry security system to lifts and rooms (pity it wasn’t manned/switched on) breath is literally a rubbish tip. Outside space desolate, poorly maintained, overgrown and a wind tunnel. Too much shade. Staff ok but the lights just weren’t on. No amenities. Breakfast indifferent, evening canteen (restaurant) felt very soviet. We were booked in for 3 nights, left after the first night…no refund. "

"The villa, the rooms, the services, the staffs are much lower grade than the property applies it 5 stars, 3 stars is the most I can say about this place. The reception manager is tried their best but it’s nothing they could do. Not worth the money. Will not comeback. "

"Hellpful, super kind staff. A lot of food choices, but always the same every day. Beautiful view from the room. Gym seems to be small at peak hours and children are playing inside, although the gym is 16+ "

"This hotel is a truly remarkable experience. I was worried that it wouldn't live up to the pictures. If anything, the pictures don't live up to the hotel itself. Everything was absolutely top notch. Can't praise this hotel or the staff enough!"
