"This historic Inn is lovely, very well appointed & restored accommodations. Excellent service, beautiful upgrade to the property a few years ago. It’s a really quirky and interesting little town with areas of interest to explore, if you stay here, definitely take the time to walk across the bridge it’s a beautiful view.
That being said there aren’t really any restaurant options that then other than the hotel but they’re closed during the week in the off-season. The town itself is really unusual and odd but if you’re up here to see the redwoods or drive the avenue it’s a nice place to stay."

"This historic Inn is beautiful and really cozy and charming with excellent service. The restaurant has good options, they offer a free tea service in the afternoon and free coffee in the mornings. Free parking the rooms are very well appointed uncomfortable with nice linens and towels. Beautiful views from every room of the surrounding mountains and river. Definitely a bargain! For the quality & the service levels. "

The property's direct access to the beautiful beach was a huge plus, offering stunning views and perfect opportunities for tide pooling and beachcombing. The hot tub was a definite highlight—it was incredibly clean and relaxing with its great views, strong jets, and comfortable seats. We also appreciated the convenience of having several good restaurants located nearby. We are hoping to stay longer next time to explore more."
