The location is amazing. The breakfast is good. The staff is nice. The accommodations are old and uncomfortable. Bathroom is old and very difficult to have a decent shower.
Beautiful and well maintained room. Clean and great location. In the heart of chora Mykonos. At night the music is really loud till 5am, but pleasant in my opinion as is the party island!
Great location, the lady that ran the hotel took very good care of me, made sure I was happy and had everythingIneeded. Room was very nice. Great value for the price.
I had a brilliant stay at Villa Pinelopi. Staff were super welcoming and helpful, sharing lots of tips on the island and always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Can't wait to go back there next year!
Very lovely and romantic Hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Thank you Stella for helping me with my boarding pass :-)

Disliked: Cleanliness
Excellent location and easy to get by around. The garden is cute and unique. Unfortunately the room cleaning was below standard and noticed bugs in the toilet
Although in the heart of Mykonos town, this property was secluded and quiet. The room was clean and towels were replaced and beds made daily. Will definitely recommend!!
Staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast buffet for 15 euro was great- quite the spread they have. Rooms are clean but quite small, all you would need though. Beautiful garden area that you stay in. Surrounding streets can be very noisy at night because of its central location near nightlife so bring your earplugs!
The hotel is right in the heart of Mykonos and u can walk everywhere within the streets ! The only downside is with luggage but still great location and that the clubs and bars are close by so the music is loud all night which can be heard at the hotel. If you arrive earlier than the check in too they were helpful about it so I would definitely recommen staying here
Villa Pinelopi is in a very good location close and walkable to everything. The room was clean but could use some updating. Godd value for the price point.Mykonos is a very unique and beautiful town on the water with many dining options close by. Sakis not far and great Souvlaki.
Villa is situated absolutely perfect within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and Fabrica bus station. Room was clean with a small terrace, kitchen area and large comfortable bed. The receptionist girl was very polite and helpful. Thank you.
Clean, big and beautiful. The rooms had everything from utensils to water heaters to a beautiful balcony. The washroom was also big. The location is at the heart of the town and close to the busy main street.
People were helpful as we were able to store our luggage way past our check-out time and explore the city
We had a room for three, so we were a bit cozy, but expected that. Having a larger outdoor area right near us would have helped. On our last night some noisy people moved in. Not sure if there is any management on the premises. They quieted down at midnight, but left an outside light on that shone in our suite. The location was fabulous as we were only around for 3 nights and enjoyed the old town.
The studio room was not as described. It was tiny and on 2 floors. The stairs going up to the first floor was very steep and not easy to use. We asked to change rooms but were told no other rooms were available, although we only saw 1 other couple during out stay.
Overall, our stay was not great. The only redeeming quality are the people who work there (the two women at the front desk & Jaunus in the restaurant).
The room was very dusty and gave my husband and I both really bad allergies, bed was hard, there is no where it says that the hotel is across the street form the most popular nightclub who was blasting music until 4am both nights we were there. The walls were really thin and we could hear our neighbors return at 5am and continue talking for an hour. Would not recommend this hotel, very disappointed for how expensive it is.
Right in the centre of old town. It was a lovely place with a gorgeous courtyard to rest in when you want some down time but still want to be outside l. Little porches and tables are really sweet for more time to chill outside.
Everything was clean and fresh, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It can get a little loud in the evenings/night with nearby clubs playing music - but nothing some earplugs can't fix.
Loved staying here! The location is amazing—right in the middle of Mykonos Town, so you can walk everywhere. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Great spot if you want to be close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!
