"침구류나 룸 컨디션은 좋았으나 체크아웃 시간이 11시인데 9시 50분쯤부터 사람이 있는데도 청소하러 문을 막 열고 들어오더니 10시 10분쯤에 또 억지로 들어오려 합니다. 불안해서 뭐 쉴 수도 없습니다. 프런트에도 직원 교육 좀 제대로 시키라고 얘기하고 나왔지만 굉장히 불쾌하더군요"
