โThe property was beautiful and very family friendly and welcoming. The activities and movies every night were very nice and the whole property has a great vibe!โ
โPlace was busy. Booked solid. Check in was a breeze. Staff was very accommodating. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and stocked. Little things like extra garbage bags and good soap and shampoo was nice. Air conditioner worked very well. The area was wonderful. Price was fair. Negatives were minimal nothing worth even mentioning. It was family oriented. It was comfy. Not a ritz carton and stuffy but fully functional. Beds and pillows were clean and comfy. โ
โThe property had a great private beach access, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The pool was long and great to swim in. They had refillable pure water station. The windrose restaurant had tasty food but slightly expensive. They include gratuity in the checks.
The only complaints I had was there was no exhaust in the room we stayed in and we had to rent the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Usually at the other resorts we stayed in Mexico etc...

โThe air conditioner in my room didn't work. It was very noisy and didn't cool down at all. I told the staff about this, but they didn't do anything about it. And it seems that it wasn't even relayed to other staff. When I told them again, they had never heard of it before.
My friend requested the staffs for cleaning his room. but when we came back the hotel, his room was not cleaned.โ
โWe were placed in the wrong mobility accessible room we needed a shower woth seat and adjustable shower head but was promptly correctly. They also gave us a basket of snacks when they found out it was our anniversary. โ
โOnly thing I found that I didnโt like was there was no stores close to walk too. Everything else was great! Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.โ
