Most impressive, was the staff. They went above and beyond to help and accommodate all of our needs. They are courteous, polite, and friendly. We may not travel a lot, but we’ve traveled enough to say that this is the best Holiday Inn express we’ve ever been to. They really all were trying to make sure this was a wonderful experience for us. The breakfast included, was the best variety and food quality we’ve experienced, and again the food staff went above and beyond to provide. On a final note, but an enjoyable plus, was the popcorn and the cookies they provided in the afternoon. So yummy! We will recommend this hotel to anyone that we hear is traveling to Pensacola.
