“Evalina was more than we expected. Super clean and has every convenience item imaginable. The beds were super comfortable. The communication was spectacular which made everything from check in to checkout s smooth. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay next time.”

“The apartment itself was lovely but unfortunately when I showered in the morning it became clear from the alarming abundance of body hair in the shower that it had not been (even sort of) cleaned. That’s a serious choice to make when people are paying just shy of $400 a night.”

“A beautiful property, easy parking, easy contactless check-in. The room was lovely, clean, spacious. The bathroom also clean and comfortable. We skipped breakfast because we have dietary restrictions and didn’t communicate in advance, plus are very early risers and generally were he on our way out at breakfast time or before. This was a splurge for a birthday trip and it was worth it. The only improvement might be switching away from what seems like microfiber sheets - they really retain...

“The hotel is modern and clean, but the rooftop does not feel like a rooftop and the view from most of the rooms are of the building itself.”

“The francis is a beautiful hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. The amenities are next level, for example, the mini bar was full of local, Maine products at logical prices. I would definitely recommend!”

“Check-in and check-out process js seamless and smooth. Front desk staffs are friendly. Parking garage is small, and spaces are tight. Good location though with reasonable parking fee considering how close to downtown. The indoor pool temperature could be a bit warmer during non-summer months. Amenities are okay. But it is an older property though. No daily housekeeping which is becoming more common nowadays.”
