"The staff was very helpful. Hotel was located quite close to the town Centre, but now directly at its heart. There is a street of massage outlets on the way to the hotel, so you can have a late night massage. The hotel staff is unable to help book a transfer from Hanoi, so you have to do it yourself. Although it is rated 4 star, the facilities do not live up to expectations. I would rate it 3 star (international standards), but I it is quite a plush hotel by Vietnam standards. "
