"Gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous setting. Everything about the hotel is tastefully elegant. The spa and treatments were top notch and the food at Olivio and the main restaurant was fresh and delicious. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend you treat yourself to this hotel, and it is especially lovely after trekking. "

"Internet was maintainable though trying to use the Tv streaming the movie selection's that were available was difficult due to spotty internet..it works for all items I carry on business trips such as Phones and Laptops..Other than that this place was 😍 the room was big the restroom was big definitely made us feel special the staff was awesome too"

"The hotel needs a makeover! The pictures profiled are not current as the hotel is quite run down. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, there was a big gap above the door out to the balcony, the shower had no drain so the water ran from the shower across the bathroom to a hole in the floor by the toilet. You could hear the people in the rooms adjacent and also anyone in the hallway. On a side note the hotel is set back from the main road so it dampened the street noise somewhat. I am sure back in the day it was a lovely hotel but it needs some work to return the grandeur. "
