"Nous sommes arrivés peu avant que l'orage éclate : barrière de la langue (même Google traduction ne suffisait pas), humidité au maximum dans la chambre, toutes nos affaires étaient humides et il y avait des limaces dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre le matin. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très cher. La vue devait être belle mais la brume nous empêchait de voir les paysages "

"Our 4 day stay in Sapa at this hotel was great! From the front desk staff especially Wendy she was fantastic AWESOME! If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying...
