We stayed for two nights and had a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. We especially enjoyed the view from our balcony, although unfortunately, it rained throughout most of our stay until the day we checked out. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and we really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the resort and town centre—it made getting around very convenient. We also treated ourselves to the spa services, which were wonderful and very relaxing. One small suggestion would be to let guests know in advance that they can enjoy the pools and sauna before their massage treatments. We would have loved to have known this beforehand so we could have arrived earlier and had more time to enjoy the facilities before our treatments. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return. We highly recommend this resort!

We were staying for our final night of our honeymoon. The property was stunning and the gardens beautiful! We received a complimentary room upgrade and there was fruit, chocolates and a rose petal decoration on the bed. It made us feel so special. We cannot thank the team enough, out Vietnam trip ended with us feeling so special. I would definitely recommend Silk Path to friends and family and hopefully get the chance to return.

This place is absolutely dreamy. Tops as the best hotel we stayed in during all these years. Incredible service staff, meticulously clean rooms and surroundings, Incredible breakfast with Steve the GM working the floor, lush beautiful gardens, breathtaking views of sapa, serene surroundings, architectural masterpiece and well trained, polite staff. Can't wait for our next stay in December. This hotel is worth visiting just to spend time at.

This resort is absolutely wonderful! Such a beautiful location and grounds. Staff is very gracious and helpful. We loved Steve, the GM, who if you go to the breakfast buffet, you are bound to meet. He was simply amazing with greeting us, making us feel so welcome, encouraging us to try different foods. He also gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat and have coffee. Phansi was a great place to go have coffee. We would most definitely come back to this resort!

Absolutely amazing stay at Silk Path Grand Sapa! The hotel has breathtaking mountain views, beautiful architecture, and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. The spa and overall facilities were excellent, making the stay even more relaxing. The location is also perfect, close to the town while still feeling calm and scenic. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Sapa — highly recommended for families and couples!
