"It was a beautiful property. We received hot chocolate when checking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfy. The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it. The breakfast buffet was amazing - something for everyone! The location was great. Would recommend. "

"We got to our hotel late at night, we rang the bell and someone came straight away to check us in. However when we went to our room our door was wide open and the bathroom floor was wet as if someone had gone and had a shower in there. The staff were very helpful and took us to another room which was great! Lots of mold on the wall and the room is very small. A few stains on the bed sheets but everything else seemed clean. The hotel itself is extremely noisy. We stayed there for two nights and both night there was screaming and shouted all throughout the night so I wouldn’t recommend if you want a quite chill place to stay. Overall it was a good stay. The staff were lovely and very attentive. "

"The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"

"Internet was maintainable though trying to use the Tv streaming the movie selection's that were available was difficult due to spotty internet..it works for all items I carry on business trips such as Phones and Laptops..Other than that this place was 😍 the room was big the restroom was big definitely made us feel special the staff was awesome too"
